Terms of use

The following terms and conditions are to be adhered to by all affiliates of the program at all times unless otherwise stated. Any physical and juridical people, further "Affiliates" can take part in the program. By registering the Affiliate accepts the conditions of the program, in the case of disagreement, the Affiliates should not use the program.

Further we use the following terminology:

1. External site, from which the Affiliates sends traffic to the site, placed on the server of our company, is called an EXTERNAL SITE.
2. The site of the partner, placed on the server of our company, with the domain name, that belongs to the Affiliate is called the SITE OF AN AFFILIATE.
3. As the Affiliate has the possibility to edit the index page of the SITE OF AN AFFILIATE, he can place his links to other sites – LINK SITES.

EXTERNAL SITES and LINK SITES should not have illegal material, escorts, erotic massage and prostitution. Also the Affiliate is obliged not to publish on the SITE OF AN AFFILIATE any illegal information and not considered offensive.

The owner of the site takes all responsibility for breaking the law and author’s right on EXTERNAL SITES, and SITES OF AN AFFILIATE (in the case, he edited the index page).

The sending of the traffic

The Affiliate can send traffic from all EXTERNAL SITES and to the SITES OF AN AFFILIATE by any available and handy for him way using banners, text links, forms of search etc.

Upgrades will not be paid out where webmasters have paid for an upgrade via their own site, effectively with a view to gaining a half price membership.

It is forbidden to send traffic using unsanctioned sending of advertising (SPAM) in any of its manifestations: email addresses, ICQ , chats, forums, other dating sites, systems of mobile connections etc.

It is forbidden to use false information, put the SITE OF AN AFFILIATE as a home page without his agreement, and by any other means make users visit the site. It is forbidden to use advertising messages with deliberately false information.

It is forbidden to make users register to the site with the goal of receiving profit or access to the information outside the dating site .

It is forbidden to make any marketing moves without prior consent of the administration of the affiliate program, and placing deliberately false information, that can mislead users.

It is forbidden to use any profiles that are fictitious/made up. This actions lead to deleting the affiliate’s profile without any warning.

Linking of SITES OF AN AFFILIATE that has the same language is forbidden. (if the sites have different languages, then it is allowed)

Remuneration to an Affiliate

1. 50% from all payments of your users on the site
2. 10 cents for each approved profile of a girl up to 45 yo (with photos, not from scam lists, registration not from anonimizers (proxy or satellites), trustworthiness about given information about place of living, not a double registration) from the following countries- Russia, Ukraine Belorussia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia
3. 10 cents for each approved registered man (his country should be USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand, registration not from anonymous proxy and satellites, and trustworthiness about given information about place of living, not a double registration).
4. 15% from all payments to web-masters, attracted by the affiliate to this affiliate program (2 tier system)

An Affiliate has possibility to place banners to all pages of the SITE OF THE AFFILIATE. No commission is taken for this. The sites to which the SITES OF AN AFFILIATE are linked to, should answer all the requirements to LINK.

Annulment of remuneration to an Affiliate

1. If a client is doing a chargeback for the service of the site, then the balance of an Affiliate is cut down to 50% of the sum of the chargeback
2. If a manager of the site annul the payment that is a fraud (from a stolen credit card) then remuneration to an Affiliate is not done. We can send detailed information for each of the facts. The profile of the user is deleted when I happens.
3. If a manager deletes a user for breaking the rules of the site during 15 days after registration then the balance of the Affiliate is reduced for the sum of remuneration for this client.

How and when will the Affiliate be paid?

Each accounting period is a half a month long. A new period begins on the 1 and on the 15 of each month. The payment is sent during 5 working days after the end of the accounting period.:

• from 16 to 20 day of each month the payments are sent for the period from 1 to 15 day of the current month
• from 1 to 5 day of each month the payments are sent for the period from 16 to 31 day of the previous month

Minimal sum to send is 50 usd if send by PayPal. Minimal sum to send is 300 usd if send by Wire. The commission for sending money is subtracted from the payment to the Affiliate

Affiliates may not create false profiles within their site. The affiliates caught on this or in the deceit of the partner program do not receive the payment.

Affiliates do not receive fees for the payments done from their own profiles on end-users sites.

The termination of the partnership

The administration has the right to stop the program at any moment with one time payment to all Affiliates who has not broken the rules. The Affiliate can stop working with the affiliate program on his discretion without prior warning of Administration if on the sites that take part in the program there is no users (if there are users please first notify us not later than 2 weeks before termination). Administration has the right to stop cooperation with an affiliate without giving any reason and with paying him all the commisions.

Change of the rules

The administrators of the site have the right to change the conditions of the program unilaterally.
